Service Fees
New Patient Initial Appointments (60 min) – $400
No Show or Late Cancelation changes with less than 24-hour notice are charged a full appointment fee.
NOTE: All subsequent costs are based on what treatment plan the client and physician agree upon.
Payment Policy
At this time Dr. Lauter does not accept any insurance plans. Full payment for services rendered are the responsibility of the patient and are due no later than the day of the appointment. Preferred payment is via Visa or MasterCard.
For those who would like to bill their own insurance carrier for reimbursement, a ‘superbill’ can be provided which outlines the charges and billing codes used for the visit. Reimbursement is at out of network rates but can still be a big help.
Mr. Spencer’s fees are available upon request.
